Welcome to my channel! My name is Charlene Dinger aka 'The Compassionate Creative'.  

This channel is a way for us to connect through movement, primarily our yoga practice. I hope you enjoy my offerings. A bit about me and my movement journey...

Growing up as a dancer and working professionally as a performer and educator, I have been fascinated by the body and anatomy.  In 2018, I completed my 500-hour YTT through Modo Yoga, and has since completed the Reaching In, Reaching Out Training through New Leaf Foundation (focusing on anti-oppression and trauma informed instruction), as well as a Level 2 Flow training with Saana Yoga.  As I continue to grow on my  journey as an instructor, I remain a curious student.  I offer classes that are accessible and safe, while leaving space for seasoned practitioners to challenge themselves when they are called to do so.
