CPAC - Connecticut Parent Advocacy Center

The Connecticut Parent Advocacy Center (CPAC inc.) is CT's Parent Training and Information Center (PTI) for parents of students with disabilities. Committed to the idea that parents can be the most effective advocates for their children, given the confidence that knowledge and understanding of special education law and its procedures can bring, this channel aims to support, educate and empower parents to effectively advocate for their children.
