My name is Breanna Allen mom of 3 who has lost over 50lbs and has healed my diastasis recti from a 5 finger gap into a current 2 finger gap. I am a Certified Nutrition Coach and Personal Trainer. I started my fitness journey back in 2021 while I was 4 months postpartum after giving birth to my daughter. Knowing nothing about fitness I've been through a lot of trail and error. I like to share all the information I know so that it can help others navigate their journey better.
