Sarah May Strumillo | Somatic Therapist

Hi!
My name is Sarah May. I am a somatic therapist from Germany and the founder of 54me - an online tool for self regulation for women. 5 minutes for me. 5 minutes for you.

This channel is for women who are tired of overthinking, emotional exhaustion, and constantly looking outside themselves for reassurance.

Here, we focus on understanding your nervous system—so you stop outsourcing safety, validation, and regulation to relationships, productivity, or approval from others.

Through grounded explanations, practical nervous-system tools, and honest conversations, you’ll learn how emotional patterns form, why certain relationships feel so intense, and how to create internal stability even when life feels uncertain.

This is not about fixing yourself.
It’s about learning how your system works—so you can respond instead of react, connect without losing yourself, and build a sense of safety that comes from within.
