Andy Rosen - Breathing with Horses

When you feel talking alone is not enough, Breathing with Horses™ offers a different kind of coaching experience. A space where you can work through the challenges you are facing, move beyond patterns that no longer serve you, and find new ways to respond to life with greater confidence and clarity. Through breath, guided exercises, body awareness, and working alongside horses, you can explore what is happening beneath the surface, and use these insights to create lasting change.

Horses respond honestly to our energy, body language, and breathing, creating a space for insight, self-discovery, and change. Through this unique approach, clients can develop greater emotional balance, confidence, and resilience

Working alongside horses on the ground, these sessions combine breathing, coaching, and gentle experiential exercises that bring awareness to patterns of stress, emotion, and behavior.
