英語と日本語の相性の悪さ（日本語は動詞が後ろで、英語は前）を克服するには英語を聞こえた順に訳す（理解する）といい。

オバマ大統領演説の解説本は沢山出ているが、その殆どは後ろの句や節から訳している。

演説などの長文は、後ろから訳すと同時通訳では間に合わない。
