    I visited a dairy farm in Pune together with a friend Darshana from Pune. It was horrible to see what the animals have to bear for humans consumption of milk.

    Just to make it clear: I have nothing against India or Indians. My own husband is from India. I have only a problem with animal exploitation no matter where it is. Life is not better for cows in the west, like Europe or the USA. Dairy calves also get separated after birth, then put in veal creates and slaughtered. Adult cows never again see their calves and have a horrible life.

    All people on this planet must go vegan.
    ::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::
    It is not only for the animals, it is also for our planet because the animal agriculture industry destroys our planet.
    Additionally, with animal product including milk, we also destroy our own health. It is not healthy. Only vegan whole food plant-based food is healthy.

    If you really love cows then care for them in a way that the animals can have a naturally good life. Rescue a street cow of buffalo. Give them space where they can roam around freely, give them always good food, don't take their milk, don't make them pregnant, let them live as long as nature has destined their life.

    Inform other people, your local community and your family how cruel the dairy industry is.

    This cow stable is not an exception it is the rule, so it makes no sense to take action against them. What we need is a long-term sustainable solution. Only a behavioural change of humans will change in the long-run. Ahimsa (without force) starts on our tables. Our food can be a weapon against animals, nature and our own health.
