Prof. Augusta Read Thomas' composition commemorating the first nuclear chain reaction and its legacy, ‘Plea for Peace,’ will premiere Friday, Dec. 1 at Mandel Hall as part of a two-day symposium entitled “Reactions: New Perspectives on Our Nuclear Legacy.”
