The PM David Cameron takes on his second, more lively Prime Ministers Questions performance, and goes head to head with Harriet Harman, firstly, on the issue of boundary changes and political reform.
In 2005, New Labour introduced boundary changes to many constituencies in the UK, but the North/South (Lab/Con) divide still remains. Now, the Conservative/Lib Dem coalition are desperate for support in Scotland and are therefore introducing changes to try and get some support in Scotland as well.
Note that 3 million people are missing off the electrol register, so pushing through changes now would be the wrong thing to do.
