秋田県男鹿市の伝統行事で、国の重要無形民俗文化財に指定されている「なまはげ」と神事を組み合わせた「なまはげ柴灯まつり」が１０日、同市北浦の真山神社で始まった。かがり火が照らす幻想的な雰囲気の中、なまはげが踊りや太鼓の演奏を披露し、訪れた観光客から歓声が上がった。
