A video of some tips that helped my recovery from suffering over 12 years with adrenal fatigue. I know how debilitating adrenal fatigue can be, 5 of those years i was confined to my bed for most of the day.
Adrenal fatigue isn't just low energy and fatigue, it can produce a variety of horrible non-specific symptoms such as joint pains, hormonal imbalances, mild depression, low libido, secondary thyroid issues and much more.
Meditation and deep breathing exercises were the most useful tool for aiding my recovery from adrenal fatigue. Both are FREE also which is another plus :). There are many great guided meditation and deep breathing videos on Youtube. I will post a few of my favorites up in the comment section.
Sorry about the robotic voice in the video, it was the most natural i could find. Hopefully some will find the tips worthwhile. Thanks for watching.
