Students of the Butchery Basics Program and Safety and Sanitation graduated on March 18th. Butchers from around the island took part in the training held by Caribbean Institute of International Hospitality Management and Culinary Arts along with SEQUA, the Ministry of Agriculture and Ministry of Education. The process forms part of the governments plan to raise the standards of butchering on the island. Caribbean Institute of International Hospitality Management and Culinary Arts proposed to continue training whilst they continue their search for a permanent campus.
