John Caldwell was an early pioneer of custom publishing who passed away in 2006. In honor and memory of John’s contributions to the evolution of custom content as a marketing channel, The Content Council created the John Caldwell Lifetime Achievement Award. The award is presented to an individual who has made significant contributions to the industry by virtue of his or her leadership and success at promoting the use of custom media as a marketing channel and a standard for work that demonstrates excellence in content marketing. We were delighted to present Meredith Kopit Levien, Executive Vice President, Chief Revenue Officer at The New York Times Company with this year's award.
