I love your videos, but you keep refering to coins as being,no mint mark, philidelphia. I just wondered how they can be both.

You guys are doing awesome!!! The two dime trifectas in the first segment is awesome. I was close the other day with quarters and dimes but couldnt get lucky enough to pull it off either way. TMAN...

I'm 33 and I have always been a humble person and I feel that at some point in my life I will do this as a passion. I am also a child grown numismatist for some 25 years. As a kid I used to search the shopping mall water displays for old coins at the local mall where people throw change into whereas in 1988 I found one silver 1959D dime. I have always wanted to find a treasure stash of old coins. M.D. is very rewarding. I certainly will note the coal aspect. Much Obliged for your time sir.

Nice finds. I cant believe you left your detector! haha. Must be getting old! JK. I'm glad you have Gregg to go with you. If I was close we would be going every chance we get.

if your going to detect around RR tracks make sure you take some coal with you to the Metal detecting shop when you chose your first detector. the coal will make a lot of detectors churp. Just a heads up. HH

I have not delved into this avocation yet though I have been rather fascinated by many finds prospective individuals have made over the years. But when a work colleague and I will get around to doing this for fun that's where I would start anyways because I love trains and figured maybe bandits would bury their loot there over the years.
