• Start in a basic squat position. Lift your left leg, bending your knee slightly to lift your foot off the ground. • Using only your right leg, lower yourself down as far as is comfortable, then return to standing. Try not to put your left foot down between reps; use a wall or chair for support if needed. • Continue for 20 seconds and switch sides.
