http://www.JusticeforJordan.com - At the State of Florida v. Michael Dunn Sentencing hearing, victims read impact statements. The judge issued his sentence and a strange man tried to protest in this clip. The audio feed was terrible.

On November 23, 2012, Michael Dunn opened fire on a carload of teenagers after an argument that started over loud music. Three boys survived, but Jordan Davis was killed instantly. The first jury convicted Dunn of three counts of second degree attempted murder and one count firing into a vehicle, but could not reach a verdict on the murder of Jordan Davis. A second trial was held and Dunn was convicted of the first degree Murder of Jordan Davis.

At the Dunn sentencing hearing on the two trials, Dunn was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole for the murder of Jordan Davis and an additional, consecutive 90 years for the attempted murders of Tevin, Tommy and Leland. He also was sentenced to an additional 15 years for firing a gun into a vehicle, but that term runs concurrent to the 90 years. It is our pleasure to represent the family of Jordan Davis.
