Do you find yourself snacking even when you're not hungry? Well I have a smart tip for you that's gonna put your emotional eating in the trash, where it belongs. A great first step to stopping your emotional eating is: in the moment when you find yourself reaching into the pantry or into the refrigerator to get something, when you're not even hungry, is to stop and think, "Why am I grabbing this? What am I trying to cover up? What am I trying to push down emotionally, that I'm doing this action?" Awareness is the key to getting into your subconscious mind, so you can break patterns that are holding you back. I'm Jennifer Schaefer with Finding Your Power Hypnotherapy and that was my smart tip on how to put emotional eating where it belongs -- in the trash!
