I'll tell the truth. When fear a d sadness come, especially at dusk, I start praising God and thanking Him, like whisper it, or out loud if I'm alone an the fear and sadness leave me. I ask Him for forgiveness and praise Him, and it works, like last night.

Maybe people who experience ASMR happen to be more sensitive, and sensitive people may be more probe to anxiety

Silence makes me feel anxious so I put on the tv. I don't really watch what's on it but I listen to the voices. I find your videos really helpful for the same reason. Thanks Ilse! xx
i think so too :) that is a great help to many of us :) 
Avoid listening to depressing songs and start choosing only and ONLY what make you feel good.you are much more than you think you are.close your eyes and think of things that you like.You will be better soon and you are already good :)
