Instructions for side split: Do the lunge foward and lean back for about 30 seconds each and repeat a few times if you need to. Then slide into your split and hold it for 30sec to a minute. It will hurt the first few times but it will definetly help you get lower each time! Then repeat on the other side! Instructions for middle split: Do straddle stretches, butterfly, or anything to stretch your groin and hips. Then slide into your split, this one will hurt the most but its important to hold it! Then come out of it slowly as this one its easy to pull a muscle. Be sure to slide further into your splits everytime! Push yourself if you want to get them quicker. Hope this was helpful!
