Managed to lose my groove on 385 (remember kids, you should get more than a couple hours of sleep the several nights before) and banged the weights on rep 3 of 365, so overall a really shitty squat session. Hopefully if I actually manage to sleep this week, I might try 385-390 again to asses where I'm actually at.
