This dish is made of traditional Mediterranean ingredients. Interesting combination of carrots and oranges.

Moroccan Salad with Carrot, Oranges and Pine Nuts

Ingredients and instructions:

Carrot -- 5 pieces
Golden raisins -- 150 grams
Pine nuts -- 100 grams
Oranges -- 3 pieces
Lemon juice -- 1 table spoon
Honey -- 1 tea spoon
Cumin -- ½ spoon
Olive oil -- 25 ml
Mint to taste
Sea salt to taste

Soak raisins in boiling water. Cut carrot into slices. Clean oranges and carve out flesh. Add raisins. Toast pine nuts and add them to salad. Tear mint leaves and put them to salad. Add cumin and salt. Squeeze lemon`s juice, add honey and olive oil.
Stir and serve.
