Speaker: Bill Gardner

Bill Gardner is an Assistant Professor at Marshall University, where he teaches information security and foundational technology courses in the Department of Integrated Science and Technology's Digital Forensics and Information Assurance degree program. He is the faculty advisor of Marshall University's Collegiate Cyber Defense Competition team (CCDC). Prior to joining the faculty at Marshall, Bill co-founded the Hack3rCon convention co-founded 304geeks, a technology networking organization, and co-founded 304blogs. Bill is an active member of the information security community and has spoken at a number of information security conferences including AIDE, Derbycon, Shmoocon, BSides-Cincy, BSidesCleveland, and BSidesAsheville.
