The non-profit Partnership for Food Safety Education is very pleased to be a partner with the Cornell University Departments of Communication and of Food Science which joined forces to create four 30-second scientifically-accurate videos featuring people at home following the basics of clean, separate, cook and chill to keep their families healthy.
New narrative food safety videos have just been released and are available now for health educators. Download these great teaching tools and use them on your websites, at community events, on local television, on your Facebook page and in school classrooms to drive home the importance of safe food handling to protect health.
Keeping raw foods separate from cooked foods and the importance of using a food thermometer are featured in a video set at a backyard cookout - "Ugly Bug."
