Well everyone knows it's Christmas season! Time for friends and family right? Well actually everyone really knows that it's time to show off to say how good your doing and how good you look. You never know if you'll find that special someone or someones so you want to be looking good. Every year with all the food and drinks and H'orderves your
will likely eat you don't want to blow up as big as a house and the next year promise as your New Year's Resolution that you'll lose it all back as a New Year's Resolution. Instead just workout before Christmas. You can do pushups, pull ups, double crunches and bicycles as well as just jumping around as exercise. You can do it indoor and it's free. But the real secret to fat loss and weight loss is don't eat before six O'clock just try it three days even though many would not recommenced it, it works and gets those calories burned. So that's it look good for the holidays and Christmas by working out and cutting your calories. By Jake Johnston
