Bhekasana is an excellent yoga posture for the front line of the body, including feet, ankles, thighs and groins, hip flexors, the abdomen, chest, and throat. It's a wonderful stretch for runners, in particular. Take it slow initially; you should never feel pain in this pose, especially in the knees.
