In Morocco (North Africa), Amazigh / Berber people are prevented by the puppet government of King Mohamed 6 from freely choosing the names of their children.

Berber / Amazigh names like "Kahina," "Juba," "Massinissa," "Syphax," "Sifaw," etc. are considered by the Moroccan administration as non "authentic Moroccan names" and forbidden (Regulation No 160 dated 24 / 06 / 2005. Al Jazeera Television reports on this situation.
