National assembly minority leader, John Mbadi and his Senate counterpart Moses Wetangula have said that the only thing that can stop their plans for swearing in NASA leader, Raila Odinga, is if President Uhuru Kenyatta agrees to have dialogue with Odinga on the political situation in the country.
The leaders say they will not accept Kenyatta's invitation to speak about development matters when the political situation is not fixed. The two spoke after meeting US Ambassador, Robert Godec, who has been calling for dialogue to cool down the political temperatures
