The Canadian Government has recently announced that it will welcome 1,000 Tibetans to Canada who are presently living in Arunachal Pradesh, in India.
Following the announcement, the Canada Tibet Committee (CTC) met in New York city with the Representative of H.H. the Dalai Lama, Lobsang Nyandak, who worked tirelessly with the CTC to give life to the Tibetan Resettlement Project.
