UPDATE: APRIL 24 2012 FROM THE MOREHEAD NEWS:
Patricia Blevins, 56, of Morehead, was jailed Monday after a bond revocation hearing found she had violated the conditions set in March by District Judge Don Blair. Blevins was ordered to forfeit ownership of the 118 dogs seized in a "puppy mill" raid on her mobile home last October. She agreed not to own or work with any animals during a two-year probation period. Blevins also agreed that law enforcement officers could search her property throughout the probation period to verify no animals were present. Rowan County Sheriff's deputy Delmer Hall was sent to where Blevins was living by the Rowan County Attorney's office after it was reported there was at least one dog being housed on the property
