Researcher and lecturer at the IT University of Copenhagen, Anna Vallgårda has decided to challenge the design and functions of the computer. How can computers be used in different contexts and ways? What type of materials can they be made of? What kind of shapes can they take? In the atrium of the IT University of Copenhagen Anna Vallgårda built a 1:1 scale installation called THE DRESS ROOM. The installation is made of wood, fabric, metal and platic. Placed on the floor of the installation are a number of sensors that react when you step on them, either lowering or elevating the installation. To learn more about the installation, please contact: Anna Vallgårda tlf. +45-61712875 firstname.lastname@example.org http://akav.dk
