My first gig in the game industry was a Level Design position at Looking Glass Studios for the Thief Series. Working at Looking Glass was the best 13 months of my life and lead to a very fruitful career in the industry. On May 24, 2000 we were told the company was out of money and we had to close. We all met at the office on May 25th, the 23 anniversary of the release of Star Wars, for the last time. I knew this was a historical day so I took my video camera and filmed our final day together.
