In this video taken at Arnold Engineering (Corona, CA), a MAG3 is used to produce an aluminum structural component for a leading aerospace manufacturer. During this roughing operation the machine is running at peak feeds and speeds (1,000 in/min and 33,000-rpm,). This level of performance combined with single setup production capabilities have enabled Arnold Engineering to consistently produce parts 60 to 70 percent faster than its previous 5 axis vertical machining centers.
