UpStage is a not-for-profit art project, funded sporadically by grants and donations. The majority of the work is done by volunteers. It is an open source platform for cyberformance: remote performers combine images, animations, audio, web cams, text and drawing in real-time for an online audience...
Your contribution, large or small, will contribute towards making this year's festival an artistic and technical success!
The 5th annual festival of cyberformance in UpStage, hosts multiple performances from around the world:
Cyberian Chalk Circle (London/ UK), Edward King (Germany), Flat Earth (Amsterdam), In Pulses (Brazil, Oslo/Valencia), Magfalda meets the world in pieces (Amsterdam, Netherlands), make-shift (UK, NZ/ Germany), Property Theft (Edinburgh, Scotland), The Serious Moonlight (USA/Korea), E.G.G and other Student's Works (Aotearoa/ NZ), Wake (Te Moana Nui a Kiwa/ Aotearoa / NZ) and Where are the clouds? (Serbia, Italy)
