During a House Judiciary Committee oversight hearing Rep. Zoe Lofgren (D-CA) asked Attorney General Eric Holder about government seizures of websites, particularly dajaz1.

Rep. Lofgren discussed how blogs have First Amendment protections and asked Attorney General Holder why the Department of Justice allowed this seizure to continue for over a year even though it appears the government did not have probable cause.

The hearing occurred on June 7, 2012.
