I had some leftover Shakshuka from recipe testing (recipe coming to Serious Eats soon) and I'd just seen a video from Bon App where they brûlée some soft boiled eggs at Eggslut in LA so I thought I'd try it here. It was really delicious. Definitely worth experimenting with some more.
