Showing how a click-clack lid can be used to de-clump and fluff grinds from a Rocky doserless. The extraction was a bit off but that can be corrected once you get the hang of it. The shot produced was very good. A setting of 223F results in a 199F at the portafilter, tested with a digital thermometer. A triple basket was used.
