Many of You asked for more longer classes. :) I listened and this is our new 1hr 6 minutes long Vinyasa Flow Class. It can be used by level 1 practitioners with the appropriate modifications. If you have questions about modifications please post them in the comments below. THE SEQUENCE IS GREAT FOR INCREASING FLEXIBILITY, PROGRESSIVELY WORKING ON THE BASIC STANDING YOGA POSES, GREAT FOR WEIGHT LOSS AS I AM INCLUDING TWISTS WHICH ARE GREAT FOR MID SECTION FAT REMOVAL, STANDING POSES WHICH BOOST METABOLISM, THYROID FUNCTION BALANCING POSES.The class is a classical Vinyasa Flow class that included a lot of warrior One based Vinyasa Sequences.
We are gonna work on warrior 2, side angles, pile squats, bound pile squat, kapalabhati breath, breath of fire., inner thigh stretches, hip openers. Also you may notice that Sofie (the sassy American Bulldog) was much more involved than usual in the stretching activities :-D
The class includes more than our usual floor stretching poses and it ends with some therapeutic, relaxing, calming poses. Great for times of stress, anxiety, sadness, grief, nervousness, insomnia.
Feel free to use the ending of the class on its own or after HIIT classes, workouts. If you prefer the ending as a cool down on its own let me know and I will upload it. :)
