I'm a guy and I've been using an exercise ball for about a year. The last exercise she did is really good for abs and as she mentioned the ball is excelent for stretching too. (That's what I use it for the most.) I hope she does one for stretching on a ball in the future. Great video by the way!

I didn't use a ball, I just kept my legs about the size of the ball....so I just did what you did (the first exercise) and by butt became and feel smaller! Also my waist! Thank you so much!
