During the evening of May 15th Nakba Commemoration Day, Justice for Palestine (JFP) at Middlebury College staged a checkpoint, bringing a small taste of life under occupation to the unsuspecting college community. After an hour in which hordes of students were funneled through the checkpoint on the way to "midnight breakfast," the act was shut down by Public Safety (Campus Security). The following day, after accessing to JFP's group emails, Public Safety officers came to the information installation that took place in order to make sure no barricades were happening again.
