An Omelette made with nothing but freeze dried components!
We have been setting items aside for this Omelette for several months now. Anytime we had an open try, we did another item and packaged it for later use. The time finally came when we had everything we needed!
All in all, this was a major success! The tomatoes were the only item that we will need to rethink in the future. I think the trick will be to dip them in water and not let them soak.
The cheese was a bit tricky to get just right. In the end we turned it into powder, added water and made a cheese paste.
