The Falcons go 5 for 5 to win a passing tournament at Bishop Alemany High School July 7-8, 2012. Alemany high school's "Warrior" football teams didn't compete as the category was for youth teams ages 14 and under. However Cayden Dunn, brother of Alemany High School's varsity starting quarterback Devon Dunn, handled passing duties for the Santa Clarita Warriors which is regarded as the "Warriors-in-training" team for Alemany High School. Nevertheless, the team finished 2nd and was no match for the Apex Falcons led by Coach Marvin Wheeler. The Falcons retain several players from Wheeler's "California Cowboys" which dominated the passing game in the Snoop Dogg league. With his more talented receivers, Quarterback Jack Graham had a completion rate about twice that of any QB taking the field either day. At 6' 2" and 190 lbs, Graham has recently started training for the freshman squad at Crespi Carmelite Catholic High School, one of Southern California's top college preparatory schools and a football powerhouse in the greater Los Angeles area.
