this is my first back-to-school tutorial in a series of three. i'll be doing looks for high schoolers and college students as well, so keep an eye out for those in the near future!

it's been a while since i was in middle school, so i tried to think back to how i would've worn my makeup (because i didn't really wear makeup back then! haha) and i came up with this look. everyone's makeup "style" is different, so i know this may not be everyone's cup of tea...but hopefully some of you will find it helpful! i tried to keep everything very minimal and natural, with subtle pops of color to keep things from looking ho-hum boring. this look is quick, easy, and perfect to start off the new school year with!

products i used:
-covergirl shimmering sands eyeshadow trio (the lightest color)
-maybelline full n' soft waterproof mascara in black
-mac blushcreme in ladyblush
-maybelline dream matte powder in medium sand
-benefit benetint
-clinique superbalm moisturizing lipgloss in raspberry

brushes & tools used:
-sigma ss224
-she uemura eyelash curler
-revlon kabuki brush

-china glaze for audrey

-from urban outfitters

1) the mac blushcreme and the clinique lipgloss were sent to me for free. everything else was purchased by me with my own money.
2) i am not being paid or endorsed by any company for the products used/shown/mentioned
3) i am not affiliated with any company in any way.
4) all thoughts expressed are my honest opinion.
