Christi holds a certification in the "Method of Pilates" teachings and became one of the first instructors to hold a certification in the "Method of Standing Pilates". She has over twenty years of experience in exercise training and fitness. She has been teaching the "Method of Pilates" for the past 15 years. She has personally trained over 4,500 clients and currently instructs several weekly classes. She has produced over 30 TV shows and has made a useful Pilates workout video tape that has sold over 1,500 copies. She sincerely believes that the benefits of Pilates allow her to share these "life changing" techniques with many people.

"Alternative Healing & Health Benefits", the series called "Core Pilates by Christi" gives the viewing audience several modified techniques of Mat Pilates. The series covers alternative exercises methods for beginners, intermediate and advanced participants as well as, youth, elderly, disabled, and rehabilitant participants. At its core, Pilates addresses the important issues of alignment, injury prevention, correct breathing, simultaneous stretching and strengthening, and the eminent harmony between mind and body.

Christi has also been working with ShopNBC & Bruce Hymanson, President & Creator of the BodyBlade® Classic. She utilizes the Bodyblade® equipment in her Pilates classes and finds this to be an added attraction to the fitness routine.
