In July of 2011 three amateur fishing enthusiasts embarked on a road trip to the far north of Sweden and Norway. Their ultimate destination was the amazing tidal currents of the Saltstreumen, the inlet to a beatiful fjord near Bodö, Norway. In the maelstroms that formed they cast their lines and ultimately caught a respectable amount of fish, though nowhere near all the professional fishermen amassed around them. This is a timelapse of the four hours spent there - compressed into one wonderful minute of pure fishing bliss. This is where I go back to find some inner peace. This is heaven on earth.
