The Skin has been made by multi-media artist and performer Stacy Makishi and dermatologist Michael Klaber. Listen to them talk about their podcast and the science behind the body's largest organ.

Body Pods is co-produced by Fuel and Roundhouse, who brought you the Everyday Moments series of podcasts, available as the Guardian Culture Podcast last year, and the UCL Ear Institute.
