Requirements:
1) A Windows 7/8 Install Disk
2) Flash Drive/External Hard Drive (more space = more things you can save)
3) PC that still has power and a CD Drive. As long as your pc turns on when you press the button this tutorial works

The purpose of this is so that you can backup important files (pictures,videos etc) to an external flash drive/hard drive. If 1 file is messing up your pc, you can also use this method to fix a certain file(s)

I would suggest bookmarking this on a smartphone or tablet, or writing down the link somewhere safe so you can revisit this.
