Newest researches are prooving that the tempo of training is essential in strength gains and muscle quality producing. The tempo should not be the same, but should be changed after a certain epriod, usually one months, or even more. A quicker tempo is permitting to lift higher weights and this is resulting to strnegth gains. But do not go over 80% of your one max rep. You will avoid injuries....
