Education reform is too important to get wrong.

Educators know what it takes to make successful schools: talented teachers, a great school community, involved parents, committed students and the resources to give those students what they need to learn and grow. We are proud that so many New Jersey schools already excel, and we are committed to helping every school do even better.

That's why NJEA educators are taking the lead in the education reform debate. Too often, people with no real knowledge of how education works try to street the debate. They pursue political agendas that have nothing to do with education and end up hurting children.

Our education reform proposals are based on solid research and real classroom experience. We know what works, and we are ready to fight for it.
