Phillip E. Johnson is a graduate of Harvard and the University of Chicago. He was a law clerk for Chief Justice Earl Warren of the United States Supreme Clourt and has taught law for more than twenty years at the University of California, Berkeley. He is author of the widely acclaimed book, Darwin on Trial.
