This video was a request from a fellow hooper. I did my best to make this tutorial as easy as possible. This is a different take on the three beat weave. It will be helpful if you know how to do a two beat weave. At least knowing how weaves feel back and forth. Please take this in steps. Give yourself time. Practice makes perfect. First learn the path of the 3 beat weave with one hoop. On your left hand and right. This is because your doing the same thing with both hoops, but they are in split time. This means the hoops are seconds apart or chasing each other. You want to learn the beginning part which is getting into the three beat weave. The switch part is important because this is what your doing on both sides of your body. Left hip, then right hip. Switching on both sides. Take it slow. Making the movements large will help. Eventually the goal will be keeping your wrists together during this weave. By doing this your keeping the three beat weave clean and tight. I hope this helps someone. If you have any questions, please leave them in the comment box. I will do my best to answer you back quickly.
